This a good platform to grow up.. Salary and incentives are pretty good...it was a great experience to work with this RNLIC organization

The Branch Manager of Goalpara Branch is neither a good leader nor a good human being

You have to only work and there is no such compensation rather the higher management was horrible and worst, they only know how to fill there pockets not the base levels

Reliance Nippon life insurance is one of the Prestigious Company In India with huge employees & advisor network, thousands of Branches all over the Nation. Well, one of I like about this company is their learning & skill development tools/aaps.

Dislikes

...tion level, HR level also not active so its create strong connectivity problem . Salary structure is very poor, payslip & offerletter's CTC are different. Branch Manager's expectations some times very challenging & hard for Sales team. Company's android Applications (apps) many of times not working properly, so it's hard to make productive. Depends on aforesaid circumstances these are my own & personal opinion/ believe.

Iam working in Direct marketing channels (loyalty channel ) Iam proving in a one year got a 3 promotions and get the dubai trips etc.. Iam happy with working in Reliance.

When I joined in Reliance life the manager told me when your package high in year you get the 50%of ctc incentive after financial year. I was Aggressively working in a year got the 3 promotions S. R. M to B. R. M(2.20Lac to 4.00lac)packages. But my incentive is zero. That's why I disappointment and resigned my job

Nothing as such. Old people having good knowledge but the current management doe’s let them work.

They have a policy of deducting salary of Sales executives from the 2nd month on non achieving of targets from doj. Which is terrible. Salary not getting credited on time. Demotions happens if not working well for 1 month even. Worst place to work.
