Whether it’s the latest updates, training sessions, new products, or communication skills training, there’s always something valuable to gain. Plus, the amazing deals make it even better. As I’m so comfortable too cuz of good faculty and better understanding between colleagues and senior staff that helps me very well to manage home and office both

...n. Promotion is extremely difficult to achieve, and there is a risk of demotion. Additionally, salary increases are minimal and progress very slowly, which can be discouraging for those looking to advance financially.

Nothing as such. Old people having good knowledge but the current management doe’s let them work.

They have a policy of deducting salary of Sales executives from the 2nd month on non achieving of targets from doj. Which is terrible. Salary not getting credited on time. Demotions happens if not working well for 1 month even. Worst place to work.

Worst leadership, one can never expect 100℅ in hand salary, they are on a deduction spree upto ARDM & Branch Manager Level. Lowest commission to agents, renewal commission to agents gets a 75℅ deductions. End number of con calls Immature leaders don't have the skills to lead. So many clauses which is directly affecting attrition to the highest level

...e to get policy on my name nd told if i didn't get the policy i cant get my job. Totally fraud company they did gave me any salary i work 2 month straight .

No specifications and job clarity for the role of ABM and salary deduction as per company's discrition which do not bring any corporate feelings to employees it seems they are working in a grocery shop not in corporate
