Salary on time, this is the only matter to be liked.

Dislikes

1. Salary Deduction in Operation Department if your target not meet. 2. Office timing doesn't matter. There is Extension on regular basis. You have to work on Sunday also. 3. Too much conference calls.

Good for married women

Dislikes

Office management and Branch manager doesnt know how to talk with women. Its seems like Manager give salary not company. Office timings are strick but after office hours manager keeps on zoom meeting or force to do jobs and meetings to fullfill manager criteria. After resignation and whole process of notice period Hr cannot provide relieving letter and aslo not answer emails.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
