Nothing as such. Old people having good knowledge but the current management doe’s let them work.

Dislikes

They have a policy of deducting salary of Sales executives from the 2nd month on non achieving of targets from doj. Which is terrible. Salary not getting credited on time. Demotions happens if not working well for 1 month even. Worst place to work.

Worst leadership, one can never expect 100℅ in hand salary, they are on a deduction spree upto ARDM & Branch Manager Level. Lowest commission to agents, renewal commission to agents gets a 75℅ deductions. End number of con calls Immature leaders don't have the skills to lead. So many clauses which is directly affecting attrition to the highest level
