It covered the medical insurance that's it. Otherwise life was torturous there.

...e got it was way below the expectation for eg a Diwali sweet box of celebration. For over 15 years I worked on the same salary range. At times we worked for hours till late in the night but never got paid for it.

This a good platform to grow up.. Salary and incentives are pretty good...it was a great experience to work with this RNLIC organization

The Branch Manager of Goalpara Branch is neither a good leader nor a good human being

Teammates and Immediate supervisor was excellent

You have to only work and there is no such compensation rather the higher management was horrible and worst, they only know how to fill there pockets not the base levels

Good work culture and environment. Transparent management supportive team. Company policies are good, bonus every month.

There is not formal Traning only online tranings and Salary is very low and and its IPM branch.

Office Timing is very good.

Dislikes

In Branch operations employee unnecessary salary cut is very bad culture. And need saturday off twice in a month. Career growth is very slow and no options in operations department.
