a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

There are lots of opportunities to learn about cost, but the work culture is very bad. there is nothing about professional environment. Even they asked to go and get Rajnigandha and tulsi for them. Forget about your personal life. Please don't go there. If you want to ruin your beautiful life then you most welcome.

Salary is toooooooooooo.... low, No one is there to help you, no life balance, working hours starts from 8:00 AM to 10 or 11:00PM. and the most terrible thing that I feel, go home after taking permission of senior. what rubbish!
