As it is a company store I’m only talking about my job location store, if you are doing good colleagues will comment you about your personal life to distract you from concentrating on your work and everyday they will change rules regarding work so that you will get frustrated and resigned because they can’t remove you from the job without your will.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a hung cafetria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year,

Dislikes

There is a lot off politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent .

I am happy that my organisation paid full salary in pandemic situation and given medical support during lock down.

Dislikes

No appraisals from last two years and no hikes. As csa we are expecting minimum growth every year.

There is nothing to like about Reliance. They have one of the worst work culture. They never respect employee nor respect customer. They only like sales at any cost. They treat their employee as thief n labour. They even disrespect employee family. They didn't care about employee personal life. They torture and mentally harassed employee.

The team and the growth plans of the business. The leap of growth year on year and solving challenges that led to this.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike. Better promotions and Salary corrections for people who have contributed to the growth of the business.
