Office Politics, negative outlook towards work, salary issues, no appraisal, unhealthy environment for a dedicated and sincere working individual, too relaxed attitude towards work, constant payroll changes for contracted individuals.

Freedom of speech, Learning resources available. Interactive nature, Quick and Timely Action taken by Senior Management.

Dislikes

No justice to Performance linked pay. No flexibility to take leaves. Old fashioned Salary Structure which is not linked to ESOPs etc.

The payment of PLI comping at of salary ,though it is part of ctc but if you are not in organization at the time of disbursement of PLI ,you are not eligible to get this payment. And at senior level it is 25% of salary.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I am continuing service 12+ years no delay in salary or compensation and very much flexible management.

Nothing to like, no job security, no working culture, no management, no company policies.

Dislikes

There is no proper planning in work, there is no salary hikes, no work progress at sites, Reliance infrastructure is not suitable for construction field.
