There is a lot of politics and the management does doesn't addresses our issues salary is decent but career growth is low there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on this job training is not given to new joinees.

Coordination of new joiners in company management is very clear & tracking system of each and system of state wise very strong and strict.

Dislikes

Company is hiring any kind of graduated engineer's of any branch in the Jio fiber project. Most of the these project will helpful of EC Brach Students only.(because it's optical fibre project).

There is no job security, work culture labour type, management is political and religious partiality, company look like good but in backend worst following rules and salary not on time Application are very complicated to use I don't want to give single star, I would like to suggest to other don't be employee of reliance jio.

Job security is very high and great place to learn new things, there is no onroll offoll culture all are working together with respect.

Some higher authority using there power in negative way sometimes work pressure very high even weekend work.
