Only u can survive here, third party man power are engaged in work and company roll man power engaged in poltics to demotivate them

Management hire new people in higher salary and never support/promote to third party manpower. Always show to fire to the employees. The management doesn't address issues of their employees

14 experience no salary well no promotion no mediclaim free no bus free no home free no township and My same joining ctc 12 L and my 8 L many different i am realy disppointed unsatisfied very frausted man same experience but ctc one man 12 L and my 8 L why?????

...agement is tranparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Here in Ril work security is high because in the pandemic situation also company paid all staff salary .they never hold it and company giving better training and knowledge for work .
