Chances of Employment after retirement is only for some retired employees. To be considered for all retired employees on short term basis in consultant role

Everything is good. I love working with the company. Work from home facilities are very good as well as the rules and management everything is excellent.

The salary is not increasing. Working for 1year plus days still get the same salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career glow is slow .there is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners.

For knowledge and skill development Reliance is the best in the world but for other things like basic facilities which is provided by other big company specially in career growth and culture wise too bad and management is running blindly not taking care of there main asset which is their employees.

Career growth, company culture, work life balance, compensation and benifit.
