...r problem to upper management rather they try to make their own benefit. They demand retention bonus, Covid bonus, production bonus for themselves as if they have done all the things. And when problem comes they will licck boots of even most lower grade employee to find the solution as they don’t have much knowledge about their own plant.

Almost Everything!! You will not be respected at all unless you’re gotiya of your boss. If you present some modern solutions to the problems, they’ll deny by saying it cannot be done. When same thing will be conveyed by their gotiya they will appreciate him in apex meeting, will give him R-Samman

12 hours shift day n night & showing heavy package of salary on paper bur when times comes to give salary it is merely 25-30 percent hike of ur previous employment.

Working in CBM field, challenges are there and company is progressive to implement new tech to solve challenges in this low cost business. HR team organise regular fun event to develop engagement in this remote places.

Salary pay scale for the petroleum engineer is down to the other company in same business. Timing of job is 9 to 6:30 but job responsibilities keep the person engaged 24 by 7 and hampered the personal life. With time responsibility will increase but not get promotion accordingly.
