I'm too much like reliance work culture and discipline can not say everything is good because I'm working here through contract party' that's why I'm suffering some other issues but really reliance work culture, discipline, this all is excellent.

.There is no uniformaty for salary structure, Top management not care. Yearly increament average is 3-4per. There is no fixed cycle for increanent,for 2022-23 increament is still pending since 6 month. IJP is just a formality 80per jobs are fixed
