Company is doing wonderful job to protect employees from COVID-19. They did huge numbers of covid tests for most residents of township and taking all measures to make COVID free JMD. Working in Jamnagar site is life time opportunity. This mega complex has its own challenges that require skill and discipline. I as peoples manager learning self and training my team. This is being enabled through work culture of skill development. Of course I felt that job in Reliance is secured and one can retire in this company.

...lance is very poor. 3. Compensation for deserved people: It is very very poor. Very high pay variance at same level. No transparency while giving grades. Deserved people are not getting recognized. 4. Management should have a policy for promoting the people. No specific policy. Own agendas are being implemented by leaders. Deserved people are left out. 5. PLI for last financial year to be paid. Business is affected from March last week. All employees are working hard during COID times and that should be compensated along with PLI. 6 Food quality is very very bad at job l.ocation. Employee spending own money but not satisfied. Not industry standard. Please have a look at other industries food quality.
