... balance is very bad - you have to do work at home after leaving from office. 2. Salary package offered & actual inhand will not match. In offer letter, hidden deductions are not disclosed. 3. Food is paid 4. Uniform is paid - 3000/- 5. Culture is not good. 6. HR not supportive. 7. Annual cash bonus added in CTC but will not get in april, will get in November. So its added in next year CTC. 8. Non AC bus providing, in summer very difficult to travel 30km. 9. Accommodation not provided even have the facility. 10. School facility but not providing to children. Only for township persons family. 11.

Experience employee not getting much salary than GET, employee 10 yrs experienced equals 3yrs employee due to Joining as GET. Also, GET getting promotion continue in his/her career but experience person have to wait long time also, doing 12hrs continue in his life and new comers doing 8hrs duty general shift upto 2 to 4yrs, sometime new comers will do shift duty or 12 hrs if manpower crisis.
