dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary

The behavior of employees is very poor with respect to contract personals, no salary satisfaction or increments and not getting promotion, Very bad treatment toward contract persons.

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.
