Salary package calculation is not so good,Most of CTC amount divided in other factors sach as insurance, PLI, allowances etc.because of this In hand salary is very low as basic pay value is minimum as compared total CTC.

Work Pressure, Lack of Resources, Feedback needed to be Implemented withing stipulated time, Over Involvement of family members of Employees in Official decision.

Job security and timely salary.

Too much leave ellipse. 246 leaves and minimum leaves compensation as leave are assets. Promotion and PLI criteria only HOD can decide. No value of your sacrificial to job.

Only u can survive here, third party man power are engaged in work and company roll man power engaged in poltics to demotivate them

Dislikes

Management hire new people in higher salary and never support/promote to third party manpower. Always show to fire to the employees. The management doesn't address issues of their employees

...agement is tranparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
