...opholes. Immaterial of which background you’re from they make you read the code. No proper salary, appraisal is a joke. Only those who licks higher ups feet all the time survive here. And yeah, 7 am the work starts for me, i just used to sit up for lunch and dinner, both at odd timings. The work ends post 11:30pm. You will get severe depression.

Job security but there is a lot of pressure from management in many departments.

Undue pressure from management in many departments. Salary is very low compared to other companies. Annual increment is negligible.

Here in Ril work security is high because in the pandemic situation also company paid all staff salary .they never hold it and company giving better training and knowledge for work .

Their is no dislike,it's real work pressure all Retail have the work pressure so it's also same

At Reliance I had a great experience of understanding about the retail culture and business ideas to improve the customer base.

The dislikes are like slow career development, low pay scales and less employee development.

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.
