...owth, Also, salary not increasing as per job role, work load, as per experience. Only Executive cadre Salary growth is very Good. So that No one want to go for promotion in manager cadre due to salary growth is very very low. Also, Manager cadre have many responsibility still they don't get salary as they deserve

Poor salary compensation of mine. As I'm working as department manager handling a whole department and I still my salary is not more than an associate in Reliance and no one cares about it in HR team and zonal team. That's the only thing I dislike the most.

Nothing.I work for Trends & the company policies are not at all employee friendly.

Even when unwell we are not allowed to take work from home . I was suffering from viral hepatitis but was forced to take leave without pay. They did not consider giving me any special medical leave. We are asked to apply for leave but still work from home. We are expected to work on Saturday & Sundays. Every day we have to clock 9hrs. If we are doing extra time only 30mins is considered no matter how much extra time we are doing. But if any day we are doing 8hr 59mins, half day is taken into account
