There are too much discrimination in company by management. 3.This company is only for GET not for experienced person as they couldn't provide salary upto market standerds and inflation. 4. HR of company is very rude in nature. They can't accept their fault, Anyhow they are giving you any reason and told Everyone that,they are right. 5.Only boss favourite person got promoted rather than person with High skills. 6. Zero work-life balance as they call you to join duty if you are On leave with approval. 6. You don't know that, which shift is scheduled for you on next day. And there lot of many things which is I personally think dislike of company

Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.

The salary package is good for a chemical engineer compared to others The accommodation provided in the township cannot be competed by any company Up to date with every new trend and making it easy to access different resources Functions and parties held are great with many renowned celebrities

You cant expect a very good work-life balance They expect you to be devoted to your work Getting holidays is a a hugeassle Older employees are not very helpful

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

Poor Salary structure.. No promotions/appraisal is there for young blood. All benefits and appraisal are for senior/Leader family employee only. Uneven Salary structure for young professionals. Lack of quality training. Dirty office politics forces the good employees to leave the organisation.
