Experience not count in salary , G.E.T get 5.5 lack and b.tech 6 years experienced employees getting 4.5 lack.so they are getting demoralizing so willingness to do work badly affected.

We like reliance insurance because there is no company like this in the whole world. Working in reliance is fun. There is a lot to learn. And Reliance does a lot for its employees.

dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary

RIL is a very good company, specially Jamnagar division is so good to employee oriented policies, pay scales and so friendly for personal interaction. "Person's safety overrides company' production target" is their top policy.

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.
