Good teammates, good training program, job secure , career growth good, starting salary good but yearly increament very low, learning good, safely work environment, work and life not balancing

Low increament, work pressure very high. Manytines i have to work 12 hour shift duty.Manager do not value of an individuals inique.no balancing between work and life

Very safe compared to other companies because of interlock and other technologies

Way to much deductions and because of that the salary is very low also the diploma bsc and msc people are treated in the same way regardless of their different education which is totally ridiculous

As per my situation I'm not suggesting to work with reliance in operation level L employee

First salary structure and second is company culture no work life balance, huge amount of working policy but only in just show-off

Lots of thing to learn and grow. Best company for local person Best policy for medical leave available easily.

To much salary deductions Partiality in performance rating No support form peers to grow -- For my department Transportation charges and uniforms charges also paid by employees Both people get same salary - hardworking and not hardworking job satisfaction level low to much politics in low level Hard to get promoted.

...ecutive. Increment not giving. On hand salar is verb low compressor to on paper. Even HR cant explain regarging salary. Not pay for over time . Every month there are 8 to 12 times 12 hour shift employee have to do.
