You cant expect a very good work-life balance They expect you to be devoted to your work Getting holidays is a a hugeassle Older employees are not very helpful

Facility only, work load is to much, in timing is fix but out timing is not fix. No over time even you work 16 hours, no any lunch, dinner, tea you have to pay for that even contract person will ask you to pay for their foods and you have to pay. Some sections heads will talk to you like "kaidi".

...technology .job security is excellent unless you are caught in some misbehavior.Hike in salary is not too much but it's ok.

No fixed time .you have to work till midnight in some cases.Work life balance sheet is difficult to maintain

dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary
