Here in Ril work security is high because in the pandemic situation also company paid all staff salary .they never hold it and company giving better training and knowledge for work .

Their is no dislike,it's real work pressure all Retail have the work pressure so it's also same

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Reliance is good Organisation, Lot off chance develop to himself. good knowledge , shearing, good staff. reliance always support to staff and his hole family. i am satisfied. todays i am good position in other construction field good position. and i satisfied.
