...ur year-end PLI (performance linked incentive), RIL leaves you disappointed. 2. Promotion: I have seen people working for years with no significant improvement in Salary or Post, which explains why people switch their jobs very quickly from RIL.

We like reliance insurance because there is no company like this in the whole world. Working in reliance is fun. There is a lot to learn. And Reliance does a lot for its employees.

dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary

The behavior of employees is very poor with respect to contract personals, no salary satisfaction or increments and not getting promotion, Very bad treatment toward contract persons.

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.
