Very less personal and salary growth as compare to other petrochemical company. Company requirements are too high as compare with salary scale and increment. Don't come to RIL if your package is not good early. You will see yourself at same stage after many years of joining.

You cant expect a very good work-life balance They expect you to be devoted to your work Getting holidays is a a hugeassle Older employees are not very helpful

Secured job, good work life balance. Good for those who have rich experience in their domain and want a steady life

Low compensation, no appraisals, lack of growth opportunities. Wouldn't recommend joining Mumbai office for people with less than 10 years experience as learning will be flat. Better to join Jamnagar site for learning opportunities.

recruitment procedure. They are deducted bonus from the FT CONCERNS. After all yearly hardwored people can't get their bonus.
