Ensure and follow good values and behaviors with employees. Good team work without any hierarchy, Ehsure timely targets from employees, Ensure salary payments regularly. Good annual increments based performance Good learning environment

Chances of Employment after retirement is only for some retired employees. To be considered for all retired employees on short term basis in consultant role

...e racism I have personally gone through only because I was from another state. Initially I was being not given my bonus and was being asked to leave as per my senior boss who was also being targeted he told me and then I have gone to HOD why my bonus have given . He told me that it is due to your boss review while later after asking him on phone he deliberately shouted on him. Soon my boss left after that my new boss came he always promoted me given me good rankings and personally written for hike as I was the top scorer but I used to get lowest increment. I also had taken few loans I don't want to risk this continued for 7 yrs and I only worked due to the boss as he was very good person and a leader. Now he have been promoted and my boss have changed. I have to look for another job now as the person who always guided me even we was from same region from my HOD. There is no transperancy in the promotion and salary increment system. This I am trying to tell u that don't spoil ur future when we have such people and HOD

Dislikes

No transperancy and unfair promotion system .Only people who have good relation with the boss or HOD can go ahead and one thing more you should not be of specific community or from another state or a person who thinks you can stand for correct .

Likes

Company policy is good. Good mediclam health policy. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Promotion is very less. Salary is less than market. Skill and technical skills improvement is less. Company use mostly in house tools.

Work without wasting time and get home on time. If you are a workaholic person. Follow up is off the chart for work completion and that helps for work life balance .

Dislikes

Dislike is a strong word , but salary and promotion structure is a bit lower than other corporate.
