Disparity of designation as well as salary package wrt number of years of experience (with leading Indian conglomerates as well as MNC).

1.Managers are supportive. 2. Cab facilities.

1.Dirty politics. 2. No appraisal and bonus. 3. Rigid policies. 4. On the next day of your last working day they will treat you like an outsider. 5. No early growth opportunity. 6. You did not get opportunity to work as per your skillsets. 7. Management is not good .

Salary comes on time Good training and nice platform to learn about petrochemicals

Dislikes

No proper delegation of work. Seniors harass juniors and most of fresh talent leave after 1-2 years due to it. Don’t care for employees just upper management want their profits.

...mpany i never see like this company in my life. Company has no idea how to work. Apart from this salary timing also not good. Very month after 15 days, late salary will credit.

Can't expect Promotions & Appraisals in executive role no matter how long you work here, but as your experience grows your target also grows but not payment. However this is not as per company policy but managers here asks you to do so. Working hours will be more than 14hrs a day For HSO.
