As a company, Reliance is good.Trips aligned for team bonding and executive level people friendly culture. Support during COVID for employees was good in terms of vaccination for family.

...ndset. Hence, Environment for mid level and low level is sometimes very hectic.Very Minimal growth opportunity and salary compensation structure is a bit complex wherein In-hand is less and cut is more.

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.
