No holiday,no leaves.no timing and time limit of work. No incriment.no growth.no bonus.very cheap and poor working system.joining this company is my worst decision ever.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

1. People: Intelligent, supportive, and friendly colleagues. 2. Work: Challenging, Stimulating, and rewarding work. 3. Experience: May it be the ambiance of your office or the accomodation that RIL provides you, or the work experiance that you get from here, all of it is unmatched (atleast in India).

Dislikes

...ur year-end PLI (performance linked incentive), RIL leaves you disappointed. 2. Promotion: I have seen people working for years with no significant improvement in Salary or Post, which explains why people switch their jobs very quickly from RIL.

We like reliance insurance because there is no company like this in the whole world. Working in reliance is fun. There is a lot to learn. And Reliance does a lot for its employees.

Dislikes

dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary

Reliance is a great company to enhance your knowledge, learn newer things, better safety policies and very supportive staff

Dislikes

The behavior of employees is very poor with respect to contract personals, no salary satisfaction or increments and not getting promotion, Very bad treatment toward contract persons.
