If one desktop and laptop vacant in any Jio centre and jio point next day they will remove from there. The business head is very crucial at employees whenever they come at jio center they behave like cruel ruler. If they come in office and you didn't stand up from your seat you should understand that your job will no longer.

Facility only, work load is to much, in timing is fix but out timing is not fix. No over time even you work 16 hours, no any lunch, dinner, tea you have to pay for that even contract person will ask you to pay for their foods and you have to pay. Some sections heads will talk to you like "kaidi".

dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary
