No Promotion to hard working Employees, The only way to get Hike is to get better offer and they may provide Counter Offer. Lot of Politics and top Management spends most of time in pulling legs of each other. Rampant corruption going unchecked. Poorly defined Policies and Business Processes, Bending Business policies for one's own benefit. Vested interests to keep Business down, Vacancies not being filled up by HR to save costs. Poor Quality Production which can't stand today's Global Markets.
