Job security , salary on time,HR Policy is very nice here regarding your issues but one need guts to raise Voice against something wrong

Work life balance is Zero here, One can't deny to managers order even after you have completed 12 hours in your duty, don't expect salary increament more then 5% yearly and for that also one need to do....

I am working in this company 5years plus freely moving employees and management good support company

The company maintain employees only third party basis not maintain perminent basis it Is very poor low, salary given to employees very low it is bad. from company side

No holiday,no leaves.no timing and time limit of work. No incriment.no growth.no bonus.very cheap and poor working system.joining this company is my worst decision ever.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Firstly, the long commute to office is really tiring. Secondly, salary and promotion. Lastly, I think we should have more team-building activities.
