Salary deduction is very more in Indian companies. Growth is very poor. increament is very very poor. There is not working for low CTC .I worked 5.5 years but increament grow only 1 lacs (reach from 3 lacs to 4 lacs)

1) Salary is very low at ground level employee 2) no town ship available for ground employee 3) mediclaim is high compare ground level employee CTC 4) increment is very low compare to non sup employee

... securities becouse Reliance is no 1 company in india.and very big organization.work culture good and company policies very good for employees and management system weak for bottom level employees, like compensation ,work culture etc .

Work life balance is not good for me as I am not residence of jamnagar , if your home is in jamnagar or near by town then you will love to work in Reliance.

I like facilities of reliance.tbeir canteen hospital residential area,garden,can service,mall service is unbelievable.their security,roads transport in company, lighting are so good.

Dislikes

HRBP of site should not aware about facilities.your salary to much deducted.once you join the company your growth must be stopped.increment is only 5-10% overall employees are inthis categories. QC QA no value.only production employees are important for company.
