Once in two month there is shutdown so no leaves and the process is 365 days.to and fro timing from bharuch is 3.5 hrs approx.career growth is low or negligible better you switch your job.

Culture is somewhat flawed, depends on who your boss is Occasional Shutdown duty is very hectic - 12 hours everyday without any off whatsoever until the shutdown is over.. (approx 14-25 days)

Dislikes

Salary is decent but lower compared to similar organizations. Work life balance is difficult. HR department is not that responsive. Attrition rate is very high. Work load is high and manpower strength is not properly managed.
