Your Job is secured. You will feel like you are working in a Government Sector. Don't expect a salary hike. Though you may get a promotion post 18 months, you will not get a good hike in your pay. Work culture is so far so good. Management is Average and company policies aren't so strict.

Breaks aren't on time or not employee friendly, as such if there is lot of call flow at contact centre, then the team leaders usually ask you to wait not only in Reliance BPO but in other companies as well. But the only difference is at Reliance BPO is they ask people to wait for longer time and give breaks only to those who are very friendly to the Team Leaders or Managers there or people who are average performers have to wait for longer time to avail breaks especially when there is a huge call flow. Example: if your roster shows a meal break of 1 pm, in case of huge call flow, you will be able to avail your meal break at 3-3:30 pm after your TL confirms you to take the break.

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

Salary and Appraisal Not Happens on time, also very less, 3-5%. Also not offered good salary to new employees, a lots rules and regulations. Telecom Industries destroyed by Jio.
