Salary on time. Large scale projects and construction activity.

You will be blamed for everything mishaps. No appreciation, You have to work like a dog. For everything, you and only you are responsible. Contractors just sends their labours and then you are the person who need to get the work done. Contractor's representative just come to get their bills signed and that too tou have to re prepare as per requirement of reliance while they should do it but in reliance you have to do contractor s responsibility also.

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.

Poor Salary structure.. No promotions/appraisal is there for young blood. All benefits and appraisal are for senior/Leader family employee only. Uneven Salary structure for young professionals. Lack of quality training. Dirty office politics forces the good employees to leave the organisation.

...d there are multiple opportunities one can get depending on project and manager. Other than salary everything is best

Company gave appraisal in oct and for highest rating which is A* appraisal was 9% only. So ask more and more hike on joining itself and do not expect more hike after.
