We like reliance insurance because there is no company like this in the whole world. Working in reliance is fun. There is a lot to learn. And Reliance does a lot for its employees.

dislike because there is subcontracting in Reliance Industries which does not pay enough to the employee if the contract system is abolished then the employee will get enough salary

I have done shift rotation duties for 08hours. Working culture in reliance industry as per the shift timings are very good. Management is also co-operative to each other. As per the security policies are also good.

Salary is also good and career growth is fast. Job training is also given to new joinees.

The only thing i like about reliance industries is its work.

Late salary, conveyance limit is too low, conveyance get cut without any reviews, its like do work properly on time but don't expect that ur salary will be credited on time and conveyance will be not cut .

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

Dislikes

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.

Salary is being on time, leaves and other insurance benefits are there.

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune
