Lot to learn but company politics is on another level, many dont even like non gujrati so grade will effect drastically

Salary hikes is 3% , cost cutting is too high , variable pay is high comoared to other,. Low benifits

Excellent platform for learning and culture. Good standards in job and security of employees. Overall is most conducive to work as family and privilege to exhibit all pros and cons.

Nothing to dislike , but carrier prospective and salary revisions are not meeting employees expectations.

Here in Ril work security is high because in the pandemic situation also company paid all staff salary .they never hold it and company giving better training and knowledge for work .

Their is no dislike,it's real work pressure all Retail have the work pressure so it's also same

Good work environment but no growth opportunities. Low salary. I have 5 years experience but GET join double of my salary. After 3 years working my takeoff salary gradually down.

No accomodation. No travel. No good food. Deduct mony from your account due to all facility.
