Deduction is more than other company so I get less in-hand salary. Promotion chance is very and increament is nearly 5 to 8%. Policy is not transparent so it change from time to time or situation based.

Secured job, good work life balance. Good for those who have rich experience in their domain and want a steady life

Dislikes

Low compensation, no appraisals, lack of growth opportunities. Wouldn't recommend joining Mumbai office for people with less than 10 years experience as learning will be flat. Better to join Jamnagar site for learning opportunities.

No any training provided form candidate come from other company, AND annual cash bonus hold lot of salary deduction.

Salary structure is way more complicated that it appears. CTC and in hand salary is very different.

Low to medium salary. Huge difference in salary structure. Non existent promotion policy. Awkward location. Hr policy & middle management not to supportive. Problematic office culture.
