Company policy is good. Good mediclam health policy. Job security is good.

Promotion is very less. Salary is less than market. Skill and technical skills improvement is less. Company use mostly in house tools.

Work without wasting time and get home on time. If you are a workaholic person. Follow up is off the chart for work completion and that helps for work life balance .

You should ask about your salary breakup at the time of joining because deductions on ctc are high and increment is also around 5 to 10% only. And pr
