Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.

The colleagues are good and supportive. They help you to understand and learn new things.

...rest even in holidays. I feel those who do field work they don't have a holiday. They don't get enough payment for their work.

Chances of Employment after retirement is only for some retired employees. To be considered for all retired employees on short term basis in consultant role

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.
