Salary package is good enough. Work culture as by Reliance is very good but at production site.. Culture is decided by plant head.

Some HoDs give pfrefence to their ones and they get out of the box benefits

No...Here due to bad HR policy there is no growth for the experienced employees. For freshers they give more salary but not for old employees.

Increment they gave only 3 to 4 percent per annum. Ctc never increase if you stay long in reliance.

Job security, leaning and development is the best at Reliance.

Dislikes

Poor compensation criteria with respect to job role. Lack of transparency. Diversified policies. Strict rules of Township which may suffocate your social development.

There are a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and also career growth is slow.transportation and children education is not free.health insurance is very costly

Good teammates, good training program, job secure , career growth good, starting salary good but yearly increament very low, learning good, safely work environment, work and life not balancing

Dislikes

Low increament, work pressure very high. Manytines i have to work 12 hour shift duty.Manager do not value of an individuals inique.no balancing between work and life
