Lots of Politics and Management doesn't address our issues. CTC structure is very different based on all indian Industries. Mediclaim premium amount includes in CTC & it's compulsory deducted. So year to year Mediclaim premium amount increases & fix pay CTC reduced. As per Policy Leave shown in System but not useful for employees due to leave not sanction due to huge politics. Fixed Term Employment is so bad for employees.

...Remuneration is average and not as per experience and educational qualification.Its negotiation on salary.Salary hike only happens once you resign from the company then company compensate it.

Poor salary structure.Those who negotiate well will be getting good salary.

1. Worklife Balance is poor - average due to extremely lean manpower. 2. Lot of documentation and bureaucracy. 3. Many overheads included in CTC resulting in lower in hand salary.

Salary is paid on time. Good Corporate Mediclaim Benefits. One of the best COVID Vaccination drive conducted for Employees and their family members.

Old age People not accepting any new Ideas, creating hindrance in Company as well as Career Growth. No Promotion to hard working Employees, The only way to get Hike is to get better offer and they may provide Counter Offer. Lot of Politics and top Management spends most of time in pulling legs of each other. Rampant corruption going unchecked. Poorly defined Policies and Business Processes, Bending Business policies for one's own benefit. Vested interests to keep Business down, Vacancies not being filled up by HR to save costs. Poor Quality Production which can't stand today's Global Markets.

Working Culture,Salary Structure,Increment Procedure, Annual cash bonus date not fixed, Group Term insurance was too costly.
