Very nice company work management very good. Teammates aresupportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.very good.

Management members are always encouraging as well as helping to learn new work task which could help for a better carrier

The bonus is a part of CTC net pay, but while releasing bonus to employee the bonus amount is getting deduct based on R1 and R2 yearly rating.

Salary is being on time, leaves and other insurance benefits are there.

Huge office politics, unplanned business decision, no job security. No life balance, mentally disturbance. Warehouse very remote location daily updown from pune

Financially sound company. Most respected company. System (SAP) based company. Trust worthy.

Dislikes

Not giving care for employees family. Salary hike very poor. Newly joined employees are getting more salary as compared to old employees. Salary hikes purely based on favouritism. Empoyees are not able to utilize their previlage leave. Heavy pressure at work place.

Salary structure should be design as per designation and it should be match for every one to maintain good culture at ground..
