More then 10 yrs I have worked with RGICL this is not easy to job in single co. For 10 yrs but I m saying heartily this is Exilent co . ...put you in unnecessary and unagreed employment bond at the time of of appraisal. It's in simple word , when you complete 1 year of hard work and eligible for bonus, they will tell you that you will have a 9 months bond. If you resign then they will hold your 3 months salary and will recover the same, so basically you alhave to serve notice without pay.
