...ntives criteria. Company shall pay bonus on your based performance of the year. That is no pay such a big amount and company add the clause in your bonus. If you resign before six months company shall recovered your bonus amount.

Promotion and hikes are very low. If you join on low package it will be very difficult to get satisfactory hike next year Performance Bonus return - will have to return the bonus if you leave before 6 months after getting bonus so basically you will need to wait total 9 months to get out from the organization
