the good think is that the salary will be given in a timely manner that was a good which I noticed 👍

as per my experience in this company manager behaviour was not good they always blame agents for not giving 100% what ever will happen he always not satisfied with the good work giving by the agent

More then 10 yrs I have worked with RGICL this is not easy to job in single co. For 10 yrs but I m saying heartily this is Exilent co . Working environment is very good ' HR and senior personality is very supportive ' in time of COVOD 19 Co is good support to our employee this is very good co. In GI sector if any body wish to join ' pls join without hesitate

# Bonus is good but come to late by 2-3 three months after finishing FY # 6Months bounding after receiving Bonus ' if you change completely Bonus part have to be refund to Co.

Treat the employees like a slave's and treated as backbend officer unsatisfied with the job and they offered very poor salary but they assign too much of work, make conditions for in and out and observed too much that overall work experience is too bad

Promotion and hikes are very low. If you join on low package it will be very difficult to get satisfactory hike next year Performance Bonus return - will have to return the bonus if you leave before 6 months after getting bonus so basically you will need to wait total 9 months to get out from the organization
