As I was fresher, to understand and learn process was a big task for me but with the help of my team & my boss it became easy. I was in sales so got an opportunity to meet different kind of people which helped me to improve my communication skills & interpersonal skills. Work environment was also good.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high so to maintain work-life balance is a difficult task. Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

More then 10 yrs I have worked with RGICL this is not easy to job in single co. For 10 yrs but I m saying heartily this is Exilent co . Working environment is very good ' HR and senior personality is very supportive ' in time of COVOD 19 Co is good support to our employee this is very good co. In GI sector if any body wish to join ' pls join without hesitate

# Bonus is good but come to late by 2-3 three months after finishing FY # 6Months bounding after receiving Bonus ' if you change completely Bonus part have to be refund to Co.

Culture,Wrost managemant system, HR dont help for anything, Management are very poor , They not listen employee they listen. only Team leaders. No job security. No value of employee. Threatening. If any employee employee wants to raise voice for something wrong with his/her the management supperss aur voice.

...put you in unnecessary and unagreed employment bond at the time of of appraisal. It's in simple word , when you complete 1 year of hard work and eligible for bonus, they will tell you that you will have a 9 months bond. If you resign then they will hold your 3 months salary and will recover the same, so basically you alhave to serve notice without pay.
