The bad Principal there who has no skills of leadership and is a hypocrite. The Reliance officers wives are favoured in school and paid better. The local Management doesn’t support the employees

Radhakrishnan Mattiyil, HEAD of Admin will promise payroll after two years of consultant job. But will go back on his word that he never promised hhe same. HR Manager Jalaja Krishna does not escalate issue of 8 leaves in a year. Accounts incharge Kumar Pillai is a science graduate and cannot guide. SAP not used and interfaced with payroll and fees software

Excellent place to learn. A lot of efforts are put into development of the skills of human resource. Tries to Keep everybody abreast of the latest developments and happenings in the field of education.

Overall it was a fantastic experience ever before i had in my job.Feels great to work with the Staff of various dept.There is no space for any drawback for me.I hope Soon i would get into this Organisation asap!!
